About youYou will possess strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment. Desired skills include web‑handling experience, electrical and mechanical aptitude, the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, courteous and professional conduct, a passport, a clean driving record, and willingness to travel.
About the roleAs a Field Service Technician you will install and maintain a diverse range of AB equipment onsite, provide comprehensive operator training, and offer diligent post‑installation support. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical (both high and low voltage AC/DC), and software issues both onsite and remotely via phone. In addition to customer site visits, you will efficiently handle calls, resolve queries, and assist in refurbishing in‑house equipment.
You may also be requested to perform other reasonable tasks at your manager’s discretion.
This role requires travel up to 85% of the year, primarily within the USA, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean, and the ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.

Key responsibilities- Install and maintain AB equipment, ensuring it meets performance and safety standards.
- Provide onsite operator training and post‑installation support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
- Handle customer calls, resolve queries, and assist in refurbishment work.
- Travel extensively and manage flexible work schedules.
- Document service calls and maintain accurate records.
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Passport and ability to travel internationally.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Must self‑manage and work independently on the field.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience with web handling, electrical and mechanical systems is desirable.
