• driving stakes for formwork, grinding concrete, striking off of concrete
• bending, kneeling, and stooping for duration of the concrete pour, pulling, pushing, manipulating wet cement, walking in wet cement with laden boots
• climbing, hammering, grinding, coating, mixing on concrete floor/deck and vertical wall surfaces
• lifting of forms, lumber, equipment, and tools weighing up to 90 lbs
• Work is performed inside and outside in all weather conditions
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to work all shifts and overtime
• Satisfactory attendance is required

• Experience performing cement finishing tasks on concrete pours
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and lift up to 90 lbs
