Location:
Elgin, IL Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour + Comprehensive Benefits
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 7:00 a.m.

What We're Looking For2+ years of tile installation experience
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Personal flooring installation tools
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Basic math and measurement skills
Professional communication skills and fluent English Positive attitude and commitment to quality work

Key Responsibilities Install ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and other tile flooring
Prepare surfaces and layouts for accurate installation
Read measurements and complete projects with precision
Follow company safety guidelines and installation standards
Maintain clean, organized job sites
Work collaboratively with team members and builder representatives
