School Social Worker Position for 24/25 SY

Bilingual Therapies is seeking an experienced School Social Worker for a contract position located near Dekalb, Illinois. Job Type:

• Full time
• K-12th grade caseloads
• Onsite
• Contract Hire: W2 tax form

Qualifications:

• Requires Master's level degree in Social Work (LMSW)
• Must have Social Work certifications for state of Illinois
• Requires PEL license (educator certificate) or willing to obtain
• You do NOT need to be bilingual for this position, but it is a plus!

Responsibilities:

• IEP/ 504 plan / RIT minutes
• 3 year evaluation testing and reports
• Assist with mental health, behavioral, and academic concerns of the students
• Postive behavior support and classroom support through consulting with teachers, parents and administrators
• Individual and group counseling/ therapy
• Available during the school day hours
