• Provide individual and group counseling to students across K12
• Support students social‑emotional learning and mental health needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Develop and implement behavior intervention and support plans
• Connect families with community resources and services
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district standards

• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Current Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement
• Strong communication, counseling, and collaboration skills
• Previous school‑based experience preferred

Compensation for this position ranges from $26.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
