Social Services Director

• Planning, developing, organizing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the Social Services department
• Fostering a climate, policies, and routines that enable residents to maximize their individuality, independence, and dignity
• Identifying psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs along with providing, developing, and/or aiding in the access of services to meet those needs

• Bachelor's degree in social work or a human services field required
• Minimum of one year of supervisory social work experience in a health care setting working primarily with the geriatric population required

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Demonstrates expertise in planning and directing social services operations, with a focus on meeting the psychosocial and emotional needs of seniors. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field, along with supervisory experience in long-term care settings.
