CVS Health is seeking a Full Stack Software Development Engineer to design, build and support modern applications, APIs, and automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency across the Contact Center & Telephony Services organization. As a Full Stack Software Development Engineer, you will leverage cloud-native technologies, system integrations, and data-driven solutions to streamline workflows, improve platform reliability, and deliver scalable user experiences that support critical business operations.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack applications, APIs, and automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve user experiences, and support critical Contact Center & Telephony Services business functions.
• Build cloud-native solutions using modern technologies and engineering practices, leveraging Python, Azure services, system integrations, and event-driven architectures to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Develop and support intuitive dashboards, reporting solutions, and data-driven applications that provide actionable insights into operational performance, service delivery, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, reliable, and maintainable software solutions while contributing to architecture, design, and technology decisions.
• Champion engineering excellence through code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives that ensure application quality, scalability, and reliability.

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience designing, developing, and supporting full stack applications, APIs, or enterprise software solutions.
• 3+ years of hands‑on development experience with Python, including application development, automation, system integrations, and API‑based solutions.
• 2+ years building and deploying cloud‑native solutions using Microsoft Azure, including serverless technologies, event‑driven architectures, and related cloud services.
• 2+ years creating reporting, analytics, and data visualization solutions using Power BI or comparable business intelligence platforms.
• 1+ year applying modern software engineering practices, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Agile delivery, and Dev Ops methodologies.

• Experience supporting or integrating with Contact Center and Telephony platforms such as Five9, Cisco, Avaya, Oracle, Genesys, or Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, user provisioning, access management, and operational support processes, including orchestration of business and technical workflows.
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring practices, including logging, performance monitoring, alerting, and operational reporting in cloud environments.
• Exposure to infrastructure and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Azure Dev Ops, or similar technologies that enable scalable platform management.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments, collaborating across multiple teams to deliver solutions that balance business needs, operational support, security, and reliability.

Bachelor's degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).
