• $1,650–$2,000 per driver, every week

• 6,000 miles per week on dedicated lanes

• 99% no-touch freight – mostly drop & hook

• Predictable routes & schedules

• Weekly Pay: $1,650–$2,000

• $500 New Hire Transition Bonus (paid on 2nd paycheck)

• $3,000 Referral Bonus

  • $1,000 on 2nd paycheck

  • $1,000 at 60 days

  • $1,000 at 120 days

• Accessorial Pay: $20/hour

• Paid Parking: Home or approved secure locations

• Minimum 2 weeks out, 2–3 days home

• Schedule varies by location

• TX-based drivers: 3 weeks out at a time

• DeKalb, IL → Garland, TX / Houston, TX / York, PA

• Forest City, IA → Garland, TX or Carlisle, PA

• Dry Van Trailers

• Trucks equipped with heaters

• Valid Class A CDL

• 6 months Class A experience

• 3 months verifiable team experience (last 3 years)

• Hazmat endorsement required
