Logistics Coordinator; Warehouse position

$45,000 – $50,000/Annually

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support daily warehouse and outbound shipping operations. This role will be responsible for monitoring outbound loads, coordinating with transportation partners (including UPS and Fed Ex), sourcing new carriers, and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and accurate shipment execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoys solving logistics challenges.

• Monitor and track outbound loads to ensure on-time and accurate shipments
• Coordinate daily shipping activities with UPS, Fed Ex, and other transportation providers
• Source, evaluate, and onboard new transportation vendors and carriers as needed
• Compare freight rates and service options to optimize cost and performance
• Schedule pickups and manage shipment documentation (BOLs, packing lists, labels, etc.)
• Communicate with warehouse, customer service, and planning teams to resolve shipping issues
• Investigate and resolve delivery delays, damages, and shortages
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/WMS and shipping systems
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and warehouse operations
• Help in other areas such as shipping and receiving when needed

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse coordination
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Familiarity with parcel and LTL shipping, including UPS and Fed Ex systems
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and on the floor as needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems
• ERP or WMS experience preferred
