Safety is the responsibility of everyone. Our operations team, with extensive experience, dispatches drivers safely and legally. Most freight travels within the middle corridor of the United States; we do not dispatch through the mountains of the West Coast or New York City. Trucks undergo regular maintenance and our shop is available 24/7.
CommunicationDrivers regularly meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members. Drivers and dispatchers know each other by name, and the operations department is available 24/7.
Pay and BenefitsPay is based on work record and experience and will be determined after full processing. We pay loaded and empty on practical miles, which are 5–7% higher per year than short‑miles pays. We offer annual raises, merit raises, safety bonuses, and performance bonuses. Top performers earned over $100,000 last year.
