Earnings & Pay Structure

$27/hour for trips under 500 miles round trip.
$0.50 CPM starting rate, up to $0.55 CPM for trips over 500 miles.
Weekly direct deposit every Friday.

Incentives, Bonuses & Extra Pay

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus ($250 paid quarterly).
$100 Clean DOT Inspection Bonus (no limit).
$100 Layover Pay.
Quarterly Safety Bonus: $75–$150.
95% No-touch freight.
Trucks are staged at the terminal - no take-home trucks.

Driver Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL & Medical Card.
Minimum age: 23.
24 months recent, verifiable experience.
Clean MVR & PSP (no DUI in last 5 years).
Not prohibited in DOT Clearinghouse.
Negative drug test.
No major criminal convictions.
Comfortable with ELDs and digital paperwork.
Occasional overnight availability.
