Professional CDL-A Driver - Elgin, Illinois

We are seeking dependable and experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL-A Drivers to join a leading national carrier committed to safety, reliability, and driver satisfaction. • Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle in compliance with all DOT and company regulations.
• Transport freight efficiently across long-haul routes throughout the U.S.
• Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs using an ELD device.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch to plan routes and manage delivery schedules.
• Uphold safety standards and represent the company professionally on the road and at customer sites.

• Valid CDL-A license (held for at least 2 years).
• Minimum 1 year of recent OTR driving experience.
• Proficiency in using ELD devices on tablets.
• Familiarity with highway compliance checkpoints and weigh scales.
• Clean criminal record (required for freight security purposes).
• Strong communication and time management skills.

• Safe and compliant operation of Class A commercial vehicles
• Effective time and route management for long-haul driving
• Technical proficiency with ELD devices and in-cab technology

• Solo Drivers: $0.65 per mile (all miles paid – loaded and empty)
• Team Drivers: $0.80 per mile (split between team members)
• Bonus: $300 for staying out 5 consecutive weeks
• No forced dispatch – choose your preferred routes and lanes
• Paid orientation at the Elgin, IL facility
