• $3,000 sign-on bonus and $3,000 driver referral bonus
• Monthly mileage incentive of up to $0.03 per mile

• Annual safety incentive of up to $0.02 per mile
• Quarterly MPG incentive: earn $0.02 per mile at 7.5 MPG, with no cap

• Detention and wait-time pay at $30 per hour, plus pay for each additional stop

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 23 years old
• At least 18 months of commercial driving experience; exceptions may apply
• No more than 3 employers in the last 12 months
