Warehouse Labor – 3rd Shift

Wage: $20.22/hour

Shift: 3rd

Elgin, IL – This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced packaging environment and develop valuable logistics skills.

• Perform manual tasks related to receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting and storing products
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers and other equipment as needed to facilitate movement of goods
• Organize and prepare the warehouse for upcoming shifts to maintain operational flow
• Ensure products are shipped following prescribed service parameters to internal and external customers
• Assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Support inventory management and documentation processes
• Follow all safety guidelines and quality standards consistently
• Readily adapt to new procedures and tools introduced in the warehouse

• Ability to perform physical tasks involving standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, approximately 25–30 times per shift
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Basic communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors
