As a Warehouse Product Support Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting daily operational activities across inventory coordination, shipping logistics, product assembly, and quality control. This position is essential to ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and timely fulfillment for customers and distribution partners.

• Process customer orders and prepare outbound shipments
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock organization
• Perform product builds, assembly tasks, and stock replenishment
• Conduct quality control inspections and identify discrepancies
• Coordinate shipping and logistics activities to support timely fulfillment
• Communicate operational delays, inventory issues, or fulfillment concerns to leadership
• Support structured inventory planning and forecasting processes
• Maintain organized work spaces and contribute to overall operational efficiency

• 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or inventory support experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience with shipping systems or inventory management software preferred
• Ability to work effectively in both hands‑on and administrative environments
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process consistency
