Plumbing Production Coordinator / Dispatcher

Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is growing — and we’re looking for a Production Coordinator who is responsible for the logistical execution of all plumbing installation projects. This role focuses on the "heavy lifting" of the schedule—ensuring that installation crews are dispatched to project sites with the correct permits, parts, and documentation. You will serve as the tactical link between the sales team, the warehouse, and the installation crews to ensure high-efficiency project completion.

• Installation Dispatching:
  Coordinate the daily deployment of plumbing installation crews to project sites and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.
• Project Scheduling:
  Build and manage the master installation calendar, ensuring crews are utilized effectively based on project scope and estimated man-hours.
• Pre-Production Coordination:
  Work closely with the permitting and parts departments to confirm that all necessary permits are pulled and all equipment is staged before the crew's arrival.
• Logistics Liaison:
  Act as the primary point of contact for installation leads to resolve on-site logistical delays or resource needs.
• Progress Tracking:
  Proactively track the status of multi-day or complex projects, communicating updates to management regarding completion timelines.
• Data Integrity:
  Ensure all project documentation, photos, and completion certificates are uploaded accurately to the CRM.
• Workflow Integration:
  Collaborate with the office staff to ensure a seamless handoff from the initial contract to final project closeout.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in plumbing, HVAC, or construction production/installation environments is highly preferred.
• Scheduling Expertise:
  Strong background in complex, multi-crew project scheduling and logistics.

  Exceptional ability to manage moving parts and ensure no project detail is overlooked.
• Communication:
  Clear, direct communication style suited for coordinating with field crews and municipal permit offices.
• Software Proficiency:
  Experience with CRM or project management software and Microsoft Office.

  Ability to look ahead at the week's installs to prevent bottlenecks.
• Detail-Oriented:
  Focused on ensuring all job requirements (parts/permits) are met before a truck leaves the shop.
