Inventory Cycle Counter -1st Shift; Huntley

Position: Inventory Cycle Counter I -1st Shift (Huntley Location)
Summary of the Position:

The inventory cycle counter is responsible for accurate and on-going cycle counts and reconciliations.

Functions Of The Position

* Physically counts random locations and compares to perpetual on-hand quantities.

* Consistently maintains accurate perpetual inventories by cycle counting random locations.

* Operates forklift in a safe manner to perform responsibilities.

* Assists to ensure first in, first out (FIFO) system is maintained.

* Makes appropriate recommendations to inventory control supervisor regarding methods to improve inventory accuracies and efficiencies.

Qualifications:

* One or more years of experience in general warehouse or inventory.

* Sit-down and stand-up forklift certification required.

* Cherry picker and pallet rider certification preferred.

* Attention to detail

* Good verbal and writing communications skills

* Ability to read, write and speak English.
