Receiving Supervisor (Bilingual) – Elgin, IL
$60,000 – $65,000/Annually
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Receiving Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Shipping & Receiving department. This role is responsible for ensuring all incoming products are accurately received, properly stored, and maintained within our warehouse and ERP system. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is committed to operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage the receiving, inspection, and inventory of all incoming materials in both the warehouse and ERP system
- Supervise, train, and mentor receiving associates on company procedures, inventory control, and logistics operations
- Develop and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices
- Receive shipments from vendors and carriers including UPS and Fed Ex
- Reconcile invoices, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate documentation
- Coordinate and schedule inbound deliveries and outbound freight shipments
- Prepare shipping documentation including Bills of Lading (BOLs), manifests, and related paperwork
- Perform routine cycle counts and assist with bi-annual physical inventories
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- 2–3 years of shipping and receiving experience required
- 1–2 years of leadership or management experience preferred
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- Team‑oriented mindset with a strong commitment to customer service and operational success
- Reliable, dependable, and detail‑oriented
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
