Warehouse Associate

Temperature Equipment Corporation (TEC) is a leading distributor of HVAC equipment. The Warehouse Associate performs daily warehouse functions to maintain a safe and positive work environment.

• Ensure accurate handling of inbound freight: unloading trucks, checking in freight, storing products, and completing required paperwork.
• Prepare outbound freight: pick, pack, and verify customer orders and branch transfers before shipment.
• Maintain designated warehouse area to company standards: restock, face materials, manage closed boxes, remove excess plastic, sweep aisles, and line pallets.
• Provide clear communication with customers and coworkers to deliver superior service.
• Manage time in a deadline‑driven environment, multitask, and prioritize work.
• Use basic math for inventory management (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Operate computer systems and follow manual procedures to organize and identify products.

• Adequate physical strength and stamina to lift, carry, move, and set down heavy equipment repeatedly.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in a fast‑paced environment.
• Work efficiently with a sense of urgency.
• Work in a warehouse that is not climate‑controlled.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and grow with the company.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year of warehouse and forklift experience.

Full time, Monday through Friday; rotating Saturdays; shift based on business needs.

Hourly pay based on experience, starting at $20.00 per hour.
