Receiving Clerk

Responsible for processing inbound shipments and verifying product receipts using the ERP system.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming shipments and receipts using the ERP system
• Verify received products against sales orders and documentation
• Assist in disassembling products using power tools to check serial numbers, if needed
• Collaborate with team members to manage daily receipts and related paperwork
• Help ensure inventory accuracy by verifying item quantities and storage locations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Comfortable multitasking with minimal supervision
• Fluent in English. Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Compensation:

A reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role ranges between $17.00 - $20.00 per hour. The range considers factors such as skill sets, experience, training, and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are based on individual qualifications and circumstances.
