Hiring Warehouse Associate With Pay Up To $21.24/hour In Elgin, IL

Flender is seeking reliable, safety-focused Material Handlers to join their Logistics team. This is a hands-on role that combines shipping, receiving, material handling, inventory support, and forklift operation in a modern, climate-controlled facility.

• Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks.
• Package products for shipment using skids, crates, and boxes.
• Process routine shipping and receiving paperwork.
• Operate sit-down forklifts and turret trucks after training and certification.
• Pick and stage materials for shipping and production.
• Support assembly teams through kitting, repackaging, and material staging.
• Perform visual inspections of incoming materials.
• Update inventory and storage locations within SAP.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Dispose of scrap and packaging materials according to company procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections of material handling equipment.

• Previous sit-down or stand-up forklift experience required.
• Comfortable working at heights using a turret truck forklift.
• Ability to load and unload trucks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willingness to perform a variety of warehouse duties beyond forklift operation.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment with occasional paint and oil odors.

Available Openings

• 1st Shift 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.48 - $21.42/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
