Job Title: Shipper Packer – 1st Shift

City and State: Elgin, IL

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (1st Shift)

In this role, you will prepare, package, and ship customer orders accurately and on time, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and staging of finished goods. • Prepare customer orders for shipment by picking, packing, and verifying against shipping documentation
• Package materials according to company and carrier requirements to prevent damage during transit
• Generate, apply, and verify shipping labels, packing slips, and bills of lading
• Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts (if certified)
• Stage completed shipments for pickup by carriers
• Verify shipment accuracy, quantities, and part numbers prior to shipment
• Communicate shipment issues, shortages, or damages to supervisor
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
