9:30pm - 6:00am Join our dynamic warehouse team in Elgin, IL as a Warehouse Associate/Forklift/Cherry Picker Operator on 3rd shift, where you'll contribute to efficient receipt, storage, and shipment operations. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while developing valuable logistics skills.

• Perform manual tasks related to receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, and storing products
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and other devices as needed to facilitate movement of goods
• Organize and prepare the warehouse for upcoming shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure accurate and timely shipment of products in accordance with service standards
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment
• Support inventory management and related documentation processes
• Follow all safety protocols and quality standards consistently
• Adapt to new procedures and tools introduced in the warehouse

• Prior cherry picker experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to follow instructions effectively
• Basic communication skills to interact efficiently with team members and supervisors
