As our Fulfillment Swing Shift Supervisor, you’ll lead the people and processes that help ensure our products reach customers accurately, efficiently, and on time. Working onsite in our warehouse, you’ll oversee swing-shift fulfillment operations and lead a team of four direct reports while helping create a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment.

This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys improving how work gets done. You’ll coordinate daily fulfillment priorities, monitor workflow and capacity, and help ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. You’ll oversee inventory and material movement, maintain quality and productivity standards, troubleshoot operational issues, and adjust resources and priorities as business needs change.

You’ll also partner across teams to address inventory availability, backorders, production schedules, and other issues that could affect fulfillment and the customer experience. Using ERP and warehouse management systems, you’ll help maintain visibility into operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and support accurate, efficient processes from order through shipment.

Swing Shift schedule:
This position requires the flexibility in working hours, as the schedule changes twice a year. The majority of the time the shift is 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday (with occasional overtime). The exception is mid-February to mid-July the shift goes to 3:00pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday which may also have overtime).
