Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support supply chain operations, inventory management, and reporting activities. This role focuses on analyzing logistics data, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient material flow.

Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels and supply chain performance, generating reports and tracking key metrics, and identifying process improvements. The role also supports shipping and receiving, maintains accurate inventory records, and ensures proper asset tracking and accountability.

Additionally, the Logistics Specialist will analyze transportation performance, support compliance requirements, and help maintain overall operational readiness while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• US citizenship.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory, or warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis.
• Experience with inventory management systems or ERP systems.
• Ability to monitor stock levels, track shipments, and support material planning.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and asset tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
