Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of nursing units, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered according to facility policies and standards. Key duties include:
- Supervising nursing staff and coordinating care
- Medication administration and accurate documentation
- Overseeing resident care plans
- Managing schedules to meet resident needs
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to maintain exceptional outcomes
- Current State RN License
- Nurse Supervisor or leadership experience
- Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) background
