Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of nursing units, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered according to facility policies and standards. Key duties include:
Supervising nursing staff and coordinating care
Medication administration and accurate documentation
Overseeing resident care plans
Managing schedules to meet resident needs
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to maintain exceptional outcomes
Qualifications:
Current State RN License
Nurse Supervisor or leadership experience
Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) background
