Registered Nurse – Traveler Resource Pool

Perform a competent level of nursing care using the nursing process

Conduct assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care, teaching and health promotion, and evaluation

Meet standards of professional nursing performance, including ethics, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice, quality, resource utilization, and environmental health

Apply clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards required by specific clinical areas

Work in the hospital resource pool on night shifts

• RN Degree - ADN, BSN or MSN
• Valid RN License to practice in Virginia
• Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS REQUIRED
• At least 2 years of recent bedside RN experience in MED/SURG and IMCU
• EPIC documentation system experience required
• Meet and maintain any requirements defined by a specific specialty

Demonstrates comprehensive nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, and implementation while adhering to professional standards and evidence-based practices. Proficient in utilizing clinical knowledge and skills in various hospital settings, particularly in MED/SURG and IMCU.

• RN Degree - ADN, BSN, Or MSN
• Valid RN License In Virginia
• Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• 2 Years Recent Bedside RN Experience In MED/SURG And IMCU
• EPIC Documentation System Experience
