Provide prompt and courteous service to customers in-store, over the phone, or in the dealer's shop.;
Look up parts applications in catalogs or POS system and process orders accurately.;
Advise customers on products to meet their needs and answer highly technical questions.;
Maintain POS/catalog knowledge and follow store pricing, asset security, and loss prevention procedures.;
Support store operations by processing stock orders, reporting overages/shortages/damaged merchandise, and maintaining displays.
