, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. Join Allied Universal at a government location as an armed patrol professional, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security‑related incidents, and support staff and visitors through strong communication and customer service. • Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or the public by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate contacts according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or authorizations as required, and support the enforcement of rules, post orders, and applicable regulations at the location.
• Assist with security‑related inspections, incident reporting, and communication with site leadership and/or public sector personnel regarding operational concerns or developing situations.

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Have at least 6 months of armed security‑related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
