Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Accountant to manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in real estate or manufacturing

• Process and reconcile AP/AR transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain vendor and customer records, including payment terms and contact details.
• Prepare and analyze aging reports, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in forecasting.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of AP/AR experience, preferably in real estate or manufacturing

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Net Suite, SAP).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills for vendor and client interactions.
