Insite US is partnering with a respected public accounting firm in New Jersey that is looking to add a Senior Tax Associate to its expanding tax team. This is an exciting opportunity for a tax professional who enjoys working closely with a diverse client base and seeks to advance their career in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, trusts, and estates.
• Support tax planning and consulting engagements for a broad portfolio of clients.
• Conduct tax research and prepare technical memorandums and client communications.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on tax matters.
• Assist clients with tax notices and respond to inquiries from federal and state tax authorities.
• Review the work of junior staff and provide guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with Managers and Partners on complex tax engagements and special projects.
• Ensure all engagements are completed accurately and within deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• CPA or EA preferred, or actively pursuing professional certification.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax compliance.
• Experience with individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client engagements.
• Experience with tax preparation and research software.
