Regulatory Reporting Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team supporting the accounting, administration, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting functions for a diverse portfolio of alternative investment vehicles, including hedge funds, private equity funds, CLOs, and other investment structures.

• Manage accounting, administration, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting for alternative investment clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' evolving business needs and investment strategies.
• Act as the primary escalation point for assigned clients, driving issue resolution and process improvements.
• Review accounting records, financial statements, and supporting documentation for audit and tax purposes.
• Oversee the accounting treatment of complex investment transactions and unusual investment types.
• Manage and review complex expense allocations, incentive fee calculations, and reconciliation activities.
• Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks through proactive analysis and problem-solving.
• Provide guidance and support to team members while ensuring high-quality client service.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in the alternative investments industry, including experience with a fund, fund administrator, or Big Four/mid-sized public accounting firm performing fund audits.
• Solid understanding of portfolio accounting and the investment management industry.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Advent and Confluence financial reporting platforms is preferred.
• CPA designation is a plus.
