Seeking an Administrative Assistant to support office and accounting related administrative functions in a professional services environment. This role is based onsite in New Jersey and provides day to day administrative and document support to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Scan, organize, and file accounting documents and records
- Respond to internal and external emails in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate check signing and ensure required documentation is complete
- Process credit card payments accurately and securely
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency with basic office systems and document management tools
