• Act as a liaison between program and IT teams to ensure seamless process workflows
• Conduct complex analysis of program and industry data to support business proposals and operational improvements
• Lead meetings for requirements gathering, enhancement planning, and troubleshooting
• Manage program data through variance analysis and reconciliations
• Track project progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in an Analyst role
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
• 1+ years of experience creating reports in Salesforce
• Experience in the energy efficiency sector
• Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP and Power Query

• Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
