Product Manager

As a Contractor Product Manager in our Digital & eCommerce team, you will lead the product domain focused on enhancing our search capabilities and AI-driven features using Elastic Search. Your role is crucial for improving customer experiences by ensuring efficient product search, personalized recommendations, and data-driven insights across our platform, impacting over 2 million customers and 150,000 products globally. You will help define the strategy, roadmap, and take end-to-end responsibility for your products, with oversight from the Senior Product Manager or Head of Product.

Help define the product vision and roadmap for search and AI features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.

Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to integrate Elastic Search capabilities into our product offerings.

Own end-to-end product outcomes for search functionality.

Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and marketing teams to implement the product vision and ensure a seamless user experience.

Develop requirements at an epic level that align with overall initiatives and create user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Take responsibility for delivery in your product area, proactively identifying risks and variances to plans, and developing appropriate mitigation strategies.

Design a seamless search experience that enhances customer outcomes and drives engagement.

Lead the implementation of AI-driven features that leverage Elastic Search for product research and recommendations.
