Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and versatile Business Development & Executive Assistant to support both growth initiatives and executive operations s hybrid role combines business development, marketing coordination, and executive support, ideal for candidates who are highly organized, commercially aware, and capable of managing both external outreach and internal priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development & Marketing:
Identify and qualify potential clients, partners, and opportunities aligned with GENX's growth strategy - Represent GENX at industry events, conferences, and drive post‑event follow‑ups
- Execute outreach campaigns (Linked In, email, etc.) and manage follow‑ups
- Manage and maintain Linked In accounts, including content editing, publishing, and scheduling
- Track pipeline activities and maintain CRM data (Hub Spot)
- Executive & Strategic Support:
Provide day‑to‑day support, including coordination of priorities and follow‑ups - Prepare briefings, summaries, and materials for meetings and decision‑making
- Ensure timely communication and alignment across internal and external stakeholders
- Operations & Coordination:
Maintain organized data across platforms (Hub Spot, Linked In, Gmail, etc.) - Monitor progress of key initiatives and ensure timely execution
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, marketing, operations, or executive support
- Strong business communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
- Experience with Hub Spot or similar CRM systems and Linked In management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, remote environment
- Experience using AI tools to optimize workflows and automation
- High level of organization, responsiveness, and professional discipline
- Nice to Have:
Experience in AEC, construction, or technology‑related industries
