We're looking for a seasoned IT professional (15–20 years overall experience) to serve as the primary on-site relationship owner and delivery orchestrator for our Investment Management, Risk, Investment Banking, and Actuarial platform engagements. This person will sit at the intersection of business stakeholders, portfolio leadership, and technical delivery teams — making sure that application management, development, QA, and modernization work all stay tightly connected to client goals, regulatory needs, and measurable business outcomes.

You’ll Do
  • Relationship & Stakeholder Ownership
  • Serve as the go‑to contact for stakeholders across Investment and Asset Management functions
  • Cultivate ongoing relationships with portfolio managers, risk leads, business executives, and technology/data owners
  • Keep communication channels open and manage expectations proactively across all stakeholder groups
  • Delivery Coordination Across the Portfolio
  • Oversee alignment of delivery for investment platforms (portfolio management, trading, analytics tools), asset management systems (fund accounting, reporting), and risk platforms (credit risk, market risk, regulatory reporting)
  • Connect client‑side priorities with the execution work happening on delivery teams
  • Governance & Performance Reporting
  • Own governance rhythms including weekly/monthly reporting, risk and issue tracking, and executive‑level dashboards
  • Provide clear delivery‑health insights to leadership forums and steering committees
  • Customer Satisfaction & Value Delivery
  • Take ownership of overall client satisfaction and engagement health
  • Ensure delivered work translates into real business value — performance gains, better analytics, regulatory compliance, and improved end‑user experience
  • Build feedback loops that continuously sharpen service quality
  • Domain Fluency
  • Develop deep working knowledge of portfolio/asset management processes, credit and market risk concepts (VaR, exposure modeling, stress testing), and regulatory frameworks (Basel, IFRS, SEC, etc.)
  • Apply that domain knowledge to sharpen engagement strategy and decision‑making
  • Cross‑Team Alignment
  • Coordinate across application management (stability/run), application development (enhancements, regulatory changes), QA, and technology/architecture functions
  • Keep the run–change–transform lifecycle moving smoothly end to end
  • Spot opportunities in data platform improvements, analytics/AI use cases, and automation/cost‑efficiency initiatives
  • Work alongside account leadership to identify and pursue expansion opportunities
What You Bring
  • Domain Background
  • Experience with investment/asset management platforms and credit/market risk systems
  • Exposure to financial services or capital markets, ideally including investment banking or actuarial contexts
  • Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills
  • Delivery management experience across AMS/AD functions
  • Comfort running governance processes and managing escalations
