Innovative Medicine Commercial Leadership Development Program – Summer Internship

• Deliver insights and recommendations to shape strategy for complex business issues
• Engage with commercial leaders and cross-functional matrix partners
• Apply decision-making and project management skills
• Drive innovation and collaborate across a matrixed organization
• Gain experiences and network across the Commercial organization
• Support US in-line brand marketing, including product launches, customer-facing promotion and education, and brand strategy
• Develop market access strategies for the Strategic Customer Group
• Deliver patient-focused fulfillment and adherence experiences through Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions

• U.S. work authorization without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
• Enrollment in an accredited MBA program with graduation planned no later than June 2028
• Ability to relocate to the assigned site location:
  Titusville, NJ;
  Horsham, PA
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience and/or military experience (5 years preferred)
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
• Validated analytical skills and cycles of success in a professional business environment
• Strategic thinking using influence skills with ability to execute a plan effectively
• Ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and ways of working
• Understanding of AI concepts and use cases, including agentic AI, with ability to translate business processes and workflows into AI opportunities
• Ability to make Credo-based decisions and develop a Credo-based culture
• Examples of working in a matrix environment (preferred)
• Collaboration with key internal and external partners (preferred)
• Previous experience in pharma/healthcare, marketing, sales, business analytics, and/or management consulting in a healthcare-related field (preferred)
• Ineligibility for severance
