Technology Delivery Lead

• Plan and coordinate execution of project/small program deliverables involving multiple teams
• Communicate work objectives and coordinate delivery
• Facilitate sync points across teams
• Provide end-to-end visibility into deliverable health
• Manage program risk and compliance with standards
• Lead delivery routines including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
• Coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations
• Provide stakeholders and leadership with updates on delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
• Work with sponsors and stakeholders to align execution with deliverable requirements
• Support resource planning and forecasting
• Ensure adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards
• Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership

• 3+ years of Project Management work experience
• Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations / reports
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients

• Project management, change management, PMO, CFO, or similar experience
