Healthy Kids Programs is hiring staff for our Before and After School Pre‑K Program for the 2025‑2026 school year. The position is Part‑Time, Non‑Exempt, paying $15.49 per hour.

Location:

Elsinboro Township School in Salem, NJ.

Hours:

7:00‑8:15 am and 3:00‑6:00 pm.

• Facilitate hands‑on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and other group activities as well as homework assistance.
• Provide a safe, healthy, clean, and fun environment and act as a positive role model for children in the program.
• Report to the program and be ready to work at designated times, staying until the last child leaves the program.
• Communicate daily with parents and family members via the Playground App.
• Observe and follow state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.
• Certain positions may also perform management functions such as maintaining accurate attendance records, registration, and staffing.

• 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13.
• Medically cleared of any communicable diseases, including TB.
• Positive, warm, friendly, upbeat, with excellent people skills, professional, reliable, and punctual.
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry up to 50 lbs., and keep up with the children.
