  • Maintain accurate inspection records, including photos, notes, daily logs, reports, and punch‑list updates.
  • Communicate clearly with project managers, field leadership, subcontractors, engineers, architects, clients, and office staff regarding project progress and resolutions.
  • Track field quantities, materials, site conditions, and completed work to support billing, forecasting, and project closeout.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to identify and address construction, design, safety, or specification issues quickly.
  • Help reduce rework and punch‑list delays by catching quality, safety, and specification issues early.
  • Support coordination between the field and office to keep multiple short‑duration projects moving efficiently.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, specifications, scopes, and field documents.
  • Working knowledge of civil/site construction activities such as grading, drainage, concrete, surfacing, site preparation, material sequencing, and subcontractor workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify field issues before they become rework or punch‑list problems.
  • Comfortable visiting multiple active job sites and communicating with field crews, subcontractors, engineers, and office staff.
  • Strong written documentation skills, including notes, photos, reports, and issue tracking.
