The Associate Photographer is the creative team responsible for media collection for  and  Using a Pro3 Matterport, a digital camera and an iPad, you will capture virtual tours, floor plans and residential photography for marketing homes and apartments. You will be assigned a core territory and set appointments to scan homes and apartments and to capture high‑quality photos.

• Support marketing efforts on  and  by capturing 3‑D virtual tours and footprints.
• Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments.
• Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
• Professionally communicate with clients, sales and research partners and management to evaluate priorities, initiatives and tasks.
• Navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real‑estate data coverage when not working on a residential home.
• Identify new inventory, missing availability and commercial properties to be photographed.
• Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
• Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

• Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
• Lift, carry and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
• Repetitive hand and arm movements to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment.
• Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting and carrying.
• Work and drive outside in all seasons.
• Work weekends on a rotating schedule.

• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Real‑estate photography experience required.
• Professional photography experience or a recent degree in photography.
• FAA Part 107 Drone certification within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time‑management, detail, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience accurately capturing and entering data.
• Proficiency with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Enjoys working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Field experience preferred.
• Current, valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Hourly plus bonus‑eligible. Bonuses are paid monthly based on performance metrics. It is an hourly position with an equivalent annual salary of $50,000–$55,000, plus a generous benefits plan.
