Job Description Hotel Front Desk Agent Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and be the first point of contact for our valued guests! As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process.

* Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
* Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
* Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
* Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
* Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
* Process payments and maintain accurate records
* Assist with reservations and room assignments
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area### Qualifications
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficient in computer software and office phone systems
* Previous experience in a similar customer service role is preferred
