- Establish and maintain customer contracts
- Serve as the primary contact for customer communication and documentation

- Proficient in Excel
- Experience in Infor M3 a plus
- Experience in Salesforce a plus
Demonstrates expertise in customer contract management, effective communication, and data analysis to support sales operations. Proficient in utilizing tools like Excel and Salesforce to enhance customer support and streamline processes.
