Position Summary

We’re looking for a visionary Senior Interior Designer to bring bold ideas and innovative design to our dynamic architecture team. As a key collaborator, you’ll work alongside our architects and multidisciplinary teams to shape exceptional environments while playing a vital role in expanding our interior design practice.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the architecture team to develop and execute interior design concepts.
  • Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet client expectations and design standards.
  • Assist in building and growing interior design practice, including business development and client acquisition.
  • Create detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, and material selections.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in interior design.
  • Mentor and support junior designers and team members.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
  • Interior Design License NCIDQ, LEED AP +C, WELL AP, IIDA
  • Experience in Multi-family, Corporate, Education, Healthcare, Retail, hi-rise, and Hospitality preferred.
  • Experience with FF&E procurement and specification.
  • Experience managing a department of 3 or more design staff including budget estimates and project schedules.
  • Proficient in Revit, Lumion or Enscape, Office Management tools
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Experience in business development and client acquisition.
