· Brief Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and creative Music Teacher to lead engaging music education programs tailored to students with multiple disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience designing adapted music instruction that enhances communication, motor skills, and social-emotional development.

• Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music Education, Special Education, or a related field. Must hold a New Jersey DOE Teacher of Music (P–12) certification and either a Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSWD) or a valid Teacher of the Handicapped (TOH) certification at the time of hire. Previous experience working with students with multiple disabilities strongly preferred. Knowledge of adaptive music education strategies and assistive technology in a special education setting.
  
  Familiarity with augmentative communication devices and sensory-friendly instruction is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families. Successful completion of the New Jersey Department of Education (DOE) Criminal History Background Check required.
