Position Summary:
Burlington County Institute of Technology (BCIT) is seeking a qualified and dedicated Teacher of Social Studies to join our instructional team full-time. The ideal candidate will hold a valid NJDOE Instructional Teaching Certificate and demonstrate strong content knowledge, effective instructional practices, and the ability to foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
Qualifications:
* Valid NJDOE Instructional Teaching Certificate (required)
* Demonstrated knowledge of Social Studies content and curriculum
* Proven ability to implement effective teaching strategies
* Ability to maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
* Willingness to work collaboratively with staff and support diverse student populations
Salary & Benefits:
Annual Salary Range: $65,737 - $81,313
