Nexplore is a national enrichment service provider with a mission to foster the joy of learning through 125+ STEAM, Life Skills, and Fitness solutions offered as after school, in‑school, and summer programs. Currently, Nexplore offers programs at over 1200 sites across 25+ US states, serving thousands of students equitably.

The Nexplore Instructor is responsible for consistently delivering high‑quality, in‑person STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills, and/or Fitness instruction to foster the joy of learning. With supplied training, lesson plans, curriculum, and materials, the Instructor prepares for and teaches students in grades PreK-12 (varies by assignment). The instructor reports to a Program Success Manager.

• Consistency – Follow a provided schedule, arrive on time, prepared, review lesson plans, and maintain compliance with site expectations.
• Competence – Deliver meaningful, standard‑aligned instruction that cultivates critical thinking, problem solving, and joy in the learning process. Manage instructional materials.
• Communication – Engage in professional, responsive, effective communication with the Program Success Manager and site personnel.
• Creativity – Deliver inspiring instruction from Nexplore’s collection of 80+ programs, administering accommodations and extensions, as relevant.
• Community – Participate in family engagement efforts (welcome letters, showcases, etc.) and empower each child to access and engage in Nexplore programs.

In addition to joining a rapidly growing national educational enrichment service organization, you will be supporting youth to foster a joy of learning and strengthen their 21st‑century life skills. You will work with a team of passionate educators and professionals to strengthen program offerings and organizational impact.

• Part‑time position
• AA degree or higher
• At least 2 years of teaching/instructing experience (preferred)
• Experience working with children
• Educational or training experience
• Teaching degree or certificate is a plus
• Must commit to the full proposed schedule
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to complete mandatory training
