OverviewThe Union County Educational Services Commission is a public agency in Westfield, NJ, established to provide cost-effective educational programs and services for the twenty‑one school districts in Union County. The Commission is currently seeking a Special Education Teacher to provide self‑contained academic instruction in all content areas for a small group of students enrolled in a residential treatment program at Trinitas Regional Medical Center in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

- Full‑Time, 10‑Month Position
- Monday – Friday, 8:20 – 2:40 p.m.

- Salary: $62,345‑$93,280 (based on experience)
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field from an accredited College or University
- Standard NJDOE Certificate as Teacher of the Handicapped or Teacher of Students with Disabilities
- Evidence of highly successful teaching experience, preferably with students with disabilities
- Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Completion of additional employment requirements of Trinitas Regional Medical Center
